Request for Proposals (RFP) - Statewide
The Florida Department of Education is pleased to announce the release of the 2026-27 Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program, authorized under Title IV, Part B of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (TAPS Number 27B030).
Please see the RFP here: TAPS Number 27B030 (PDF). LEAs that would like to identify other schools in need of intervention and support must submit the name, location and rationale for selection for each school to 21stCCLCRFP@fldoe.org by Thursday, April 2, 2026.
Applicants are encouraged to submit a Notice of Intent to Apply via email at 21stCCLCRFP@fldoe.org by Friday, April 3, 2026.
Applicants will be able to ask questions regarding the RFP via email to 21stCCLCRFP@fldoe.org. The last day to submit questions is by Friday, April 3, 2026.
All proposals must be completed online via the online system at the following link: https://fldoe21cclc.smapply.io/. Proposals must be submitted in the system by Monday, April 27, 2026.
